From the day we receive your package, repairs typically take 2–4 weeks. We'll keep you updated at every step with real-time tracking.
Yes. When you place an order, we provide a prepaid FedEx shipping label. You ship your clothes to us for free, and we ship them back to you for free.
Each order requires a minimum of 10 items and $125. This allows us to offer free shipping both ways and keep repair prices low.
If we can't find an exact match for your button, we'll let you choose: we can replace all buttons on the garment with matching ones, or return the item unrepaired. You decide during checkout.
We don't handle leather, suede, fur, wedding gowns, heavily beaded or sequined garments, or structural alterations (resizing). We focus on repairs, not alterations.
All sales are final. If a garment's condition differs significantly from the description, we'll contact you with a revised estimate before proceeding. You can approve the new price or have the item returned unrepaired.
